Wefuckblacks.com has a slick looking tour with tons of preview pictures and information about the site. They claim to offer high-res images, over 200,000 videos, high-definition movies and much more. I had already reviewed another site in this network which offered vastly more third party content than core content, and I was a bit concerned about We Fuck Blacks in that regard. Unfortunately, my concerns were well founded.
The member's area at We Fuck Blacks is unnecessarily complicated, filled with ads that sometimes don't look like ads, and various other useless fluff like headlines news. Who goes to a site called "We Fuck Blacks" for the news? Certainly not me. Overall, things are just way too clunky with animation effects and features that I guess are supposed to be "cool" but just turn out to be annoying. Loading pages and galleries can take some time. The other issue is that it can be pretty difficult to find the on-topic materials. Interracial and ebony pictures and videos can be found here, but they're mixed in with off topic materials and it took me a while to look through everything and narrow down to just the black related content.
There are around 50 picture sets and 25 videos that I would consider true to the theme of the site, at least based on the site's own filtering system where I selected the black and interracial categories. There is plenty of third party feed content, but only a small portion fits the theme of the site. Updates are made daily, but again, the newly added materials aren't always on topic.
The videos at wefuckblacks can be downloaded in full length WMV files that display at a size of 720x480 pixels with a bitrate of around 1600 kbps, which is great for full screen viewing. The average length is around 20 minutes. Although I would consider these pretty high quality, they're far from HD quality videos despite the claims otherwise on the tour, yet another strike for this ebony and interracial themed site.
The photo sets are good, professional quality, glamour style images but are far from high-res at around 750 pixels on the long side. Rather than being displayed in regular thumbnail galleries, the sets are displayed with eight thumbnails at a time under a slightly larger version of the selected picture which must be click again to get the full sized version. ZIP files are not offered.
Overall, I think the term "style over substance" would be well applied to wefuckblacks. They have the slick looking tour and the "special" picture galleries, but they don't really measure up to the lofty claims of "200,000 videos," and the statements about the high-res and HD quality of things. There is one very good thing about wefuckblacks.com, however, and that is that you can check it out for three days free of charge and form your own opinion before plunking down any dough, so you've really got nothing to lose. |
