The quality is pretty good, and the WMV files at a size of 640x480 pixels and a bitrate of around 1100 kbps look fine for full screen viewing. The MPEGs don't look quite as nice and take longer to download, so you'll want to avoid those if you have the option. The tour of the site promised weekly updates, but that's not exactly accurate.
