The very first page of the tour of simonscans.com states that they do things a little differently here, and they aren't joking. The tour highlights some of the features and options that the site offers, and from the outside it sounds really great. Luckily, this is one time when the inside more than meets the promises on the outside. Simon Scans offers high quality videos and photos of UK amateurs, many of whom have never modeled before in their lives. There's a lot of respect shown for the models, and Simon himself says "If you are looking for 'cum soaked sluts' then you've come to the wrong place." I hear you, Simon! The materials here are mostly softcore and solo masturbation sets with toys, but there are also lesbian scenes as well.

Simonscans hands down the coolest search and sort features I've seen on a site yet. There is a huge list of attributes, acts, and categories and you can select up to three at a time, or even specify which results should NOT be returned. For example, I can choose to view a list of scenes featuring models with large breasts and a tattoo, but not with blonde hair, or a two girl scene in a car with toys. Some of the more interesting selections on the list are real orgasm, smoking, messy, and my personal favorite, "blatant fakers" which actually made me laugh out loud. That kind of humor and candidness is exactly what makes this site so much fun.
I could go on for quite some time about all of the features Simon Scans offers and how hot the girls are (these babes blow a lot of the top professional adult models right out of the water) but I'm not even sure if I could accurately cover them all. The great thing about it is that everything is very intuitive and easy to use, even the advanced search features.
Aside from the wonderful navigation system, the materials themselves are simply amazing. Many have a nice, artistic feel to them, but the focus here is squarely on amateurs and the photos and videos do a great job at showing just how real these girls are. There are nearly 3000 photo sets with an average of 140 images per set on the site already, and updates come frequently and regularly, four or more times per week. ZIP files are offered for full sets, and you can even specify which photos from the set should be included in the ZIP. The best part about the photos is that most are in high resolution at a size of over 1600 pixels on the long side, and the detail is simply amazing. At times it feels like you can reach out and touch the soft skin of these gorgeous amateur babes.
There are fewer videos, with around 280 currently, but the videos are a more recent addition to the site and the collection is still growing for sure. WMV, DivX and MPEG formats are offered, and although I wouldn't say that the videos are as high quality as the photos, you should have no trouble viewing them in full screen. The videos average about eight minutes long, and like the photos, are a mixture of solo and lesbian scenes.
It's rare to see a site that is so obviously a labor of love for the creator, but simonscans is definitely that, and what's more, it's just a damn good site. If you took a porn site and stripped it of the fake bullshit, and added in tons of great features, this is exactly what you would get, and luckily, we don't have to wait for that to happen, because Simon did it for us.
