The secretvoyeur.com video collection isn't categorized at all so basically you have a list of all 86 or so videos with a brief scene description, the running time and a preview photo for each. The flicks can be downloaded or streamed in full length, WMV format files only. I was somewhat annoyed by the inability to use my download manager to grab these videos, but that may not be an issue for you. These voyeur videos look really nice, particularly for this type of content. They display at 640x480 with a bitrate of around 1200 kbps and many can be enlarged to full screen with minimal quality loss. Most of the scenarios or softcore shower scenes and the like, but there are some masturbation and lesbian scenes as well. The images look nice as well at a size of around 1024x768 pixels and an average of 20 pictures per gallery. Each set can be downloaded in a ZIP file.
Although secretvoyeurs.com isn't the largest voyeur themed site I've seen, they're growing rapidly and the materials here are really nice.
