Don't even bother trying to deny it, because everyone knows you snuck your way into your Dad's secret Playboy stash when you were a kid. Depending on how old you are (and how long your Dad keeps magazines around) you may have seen Marilyn Monroe, the first ever Playboy centerfold, Bettie Page, the queen of bondage, or Jenny McCarthy, the very hot and funny blonde bombshell. At playboyplus.com, you can see them all and much, much more.
Playboy Plus is a sort of combination archive of and addition to the printed magazine. As you might expect, the site is simply huge. In fact, it's so large that it can be quite overwhelming, especially when you first log in. The members area menu has sections for playmates and celebrities, which are both fairly self explanatory, but the sections for amateurs, coeds, cybergirls, and one simply labeled "more girls" seem a little grey to me. What is the difference between a coed and an amateur? Why aren't the girls in the "more girls" section listed as a cybergirl, or some other heading? What are the specifics of each? I have no idea, and I was unable to find any explanation anywhere on the site. Aside from the menu at the top of the page, the rest is literally covered with links, banners, text and ads. I often times had literally no idea what to expect when clicking on a link and sometimes ended up in sections that require an additional payment.
Because of the way the content is broken down here, it's almost impossible to say how many picture sets and videos they actually have. My best estimate is around 280 videos and 2000 picture sets averaging six to eight images each. Videos are offered in RM and MOV formats and the quality often leaves something to be desired, unfortunately, though the pictures all look great as you would expect from Playboy.
Even though I wasn't a complete fan of the navigation system here, I really did love the site. My absolute favorite part was digging through the archives of every single playmate of the month ever featured in the print version of the magazine, dating all the way back to the very first, Marilyn Monroe in 1953. You could literally lose yourself (in a good way) surfing around this site filled to the brim with the sexiest women ever to walk the face of the planet. So what are you waiting for?
