I don't think I've ever seen a less specific site with a more specific name than oversized-erect-nipples.com. This unusual site does certainly feature some oversized and very erect nipples, but also among the collection here are photos of puffy nipples, huge areolas and unusually shaped nipples of all types.

The tour states that beginning in 2006, there are daily, DVD quality updates to the site, but these daily flicks turned out to be streaming only bonus content that was far from DVD quality. There's a lot of stuff here that just doesn't belong and doesn’t have anything to do with large or particularly erect nipples, including regular hardcore, lesbian and masturbation scenes as well as your typical big tit scenes. All this would be fine as a bonus if there were actually enough on-topic content to go around, but it's just sort of mixed in and presented as though it belongs. Overall, I'd say this site has a hard time sticking to the theme, and that's never good, but particularly in such a niche category as this, it just seems that they're setting their members up for disappointment.

Aside from the bonus materials, I don't think anything has been updated here in a very long time. The nipple related materials mostly seem to be older, and some of the "photos" look more like screen captures or even magazine scans to me. They aren't really on-par in terms of quality or quantity, unfortunately, with a little over 100 photo sets and 18 videos in the "nipple" categories, although even some of the materials specifically in the nipple categories don't seem to have large or unusual nipples in any way.

The quality for both the videos and photos is all over the map. Some of the flicks go up to 352x288 pixels but others are barely 200 pixels on the long side and are dark and grainy. The photos range from professional looking shots to tiny, grainy images that look worse than most screen captures I see. Some of the galleries are just conglomerations of individual shots, and often all you see of a model are her tits.

Oversized-erect-nipples is an usual site in theme, and while I must admit that it does deliver (sometimes) on it's promised puffy, erect and oversized nipple promises, I just don't think there's enough here to warrant paying for, and nothing is exclusive. Membership is around $29 for 30 days.
