According to the tour of momsontv.com, the premise of the site has something to do with moms wanting to be on TV. I'm not quite sure how that translates to hardcore porn, exactly, and there's really no explanation given. The videos are a mixture of scenes taken from various MILF and mature themed DVDs and as far as I can tell, nothing here is exclusively or related in terms of theme.

There are currently around 85 undated videos available at momsontv.com. Each DVD scene is offered full length in WMV format only with no streaming capabilities. The picture quality is nice and clear, but some of these seem a bit dark or discolored for some reason. I'm not sure if the original scenes on DVD just weren't up to par or if these were encoded incorrectly, but overall they are at least watchable and some can be enlarged to full screen with no visible quality loss. The average length of these mature porn videos is about 15 minutes. Most scenes are straight hardcore fucking, but there's some MILF lesbo action here as well.

In addition to the 85 videos, there are over 70 unrelated photo sets here at Moms on TV. The sets average about 100 images each and ZIP files are not available, but on the up side, these are pretty nice looking amateur style pictures and are a good size at over 1000 pixels on the long side.

Overall I didn't find anything that particularly stood out here at momsontv. It's hard to get too excited about DVD scenes when there are low cost DVD download sites popping up seemingly every day, and furthermore, I was unable to really tell how often the site updates because of the confusing way the updates are shown. Two additional MILF and mature themed sites are offered as a bonus with membership here, and at least one of these, I believe, has exclusive content, so it might be worth a look, but in the end I found momsontv.com to be rather mediocre. Membership is around $29 for 30 days.
