Kyla-cole.org seems to be a pretty different site than when we last looked. The amount of content here has dropped to 43 photo sets and no videos. I'm not sure if there was a mistake in the original review, but it will hurt the score here as will the non-exclusive nature of the content. Network updates are logged with about one addition to this specific site per month, and the network access to over 15 similar sites helps, but this small, non-exclusive collection doesn't work on its own.
