While the site claims on the tour to update weekly and there was a message at the top of the member's area stating that the newest update was from that very same day, none of the materials are dated and I'm really not sure what they were claiming had been added. I do think there's a chance updates are coming as promised, but I just can't be sure. The materials are broken down into video and picture sections and the picture category is further broken down into softcore, hardcore and amateur ass. I'm not sure what the difference is between the "amateur ass" category and the other areas. Also worth mentioning is that the hardcore section doesn't contain any straight fucking, just dildo play and some lesbo ass action. There are over 255 photo sets but just 50 videos available on the site currently.
The options for viewing these ass themed videos are far from consistent. Some are offered in WMV format, others in RM format. The files are sometimes full length and other times split. Sizes and bitrates vary. Most of the videos display at a nice, large size and are pretty clear so it seems like they're using a nice camera, but unfortunately they must have forgotten to pick up a lighting rig since many of these flicks are very poorly lit. The action ranges from toy play to a girl stand in a corner and putting on and taking off her panties over and over again.
Some of the photos at Girls Bottom follow the same pattern of a nice large size but poor lighting. Some are too dark, but ironically some are too bright and look washed out. Luckily there is a large enough portion that look nice and these are excellent quality high-res images that display at nearly 2000 pixels on the long side. Another big perk is the inclusion of a ZIP file to download the full sets.
In the end, I felt a little torn about girlsbottom. They certainly do manage to stick to the topic at hand, the materials are exclusive and at times very high quality and the photo collection is a nice size, but the video section is pretty small, I'm not sure about updates and the site lacks personality overall. Luckily, the price to get in is lower than average at around $19 for 30 days. |
