Your download options include small chunks or a full length download in WMV format, of you may download it in MPEG format in pieces only. Streaming is done in WMV format only with two different quality levels offered. Even though the bitrate for the downloadable MPEG versions was considerably higher, it didn't really translate to much higher quality and the files take much longer to download, so you're probably better off sticking with the WMV files anyway, even though they only have a bitrate of around 400 kbps. The small size of the videos here is my major complaint. They're a nice length at over an hour each, but 360x240 pixels hasn't been big enough since about 2001.
There are some fairly low quality images provided for each episode as well, in the form of screen captures. There are no ZIP files provided for these sets, which is the only way I can think of that anyone could possibly download these sets since they top 1000 pictures each. The quantity is appreciated, but so many of the images are practically identical to each other, and they just don't look to great overall.

The other issue here is that there are no dates on the materials and I don't believe new materials are being added at all.
