The videos here do have a plot so you can expect a bit of dialogue and such to set the scene before the action gets started. They're also filmed in pretty convincing looking locations such as dorm rooms, study halls and frat houses. There's plenty of wild drinking and partying going on, but this is definitely not just one of those sites where babes take their shirts off for beads and booze. Each scene contains hardcore fucking.

College Party Time is a small site with just 16 episodes. Each includes a movie and set of around 110 low quality screen captures that you can use to preview the flicks. The videos may be downloaded or streamed, full length or split pieces, and you have a range of quality options if you choose the pieces. The chunks are offered in quality levels ranging from tiny and grainy, 160x120 pixels up to 1200 kbps and 640x480 pixels. The full length download is offered in the highest quality only and is the best choice, in my opinion, and can be watched in full screen mode. The videos average about 20 minutes long each.

There's plenty of wild drinking and partying going on, but this is definitely not just one of those sites where babes take their shirts off for beads and booze.

While I enjoyed the theme and action here, the lack of update schedule and tiny collection aren't doing the site any favors. I do suspect that the site updates, and there is a small section at the top of the members area page that lists recent updates, but with no dates there, I have no idea how current the information is. Luckily, there are 25 other sites in the network that are included with your membership, and they cover a pretty wide range of categories such as interracial, ebony and Latina. The price is around $29 for 30 days.

Collegepartytime.com is no longer updating leaving this non-exclusive site with a tiny collection of just 16 or so flicks. All of these scenes appear to be taken from a series of DVDs called Kelly the Coed from the late 90's or so.

All things considered, it's hard to get too excited about this very small site, but you may find some value among the 28 included bonus sites
