When I saw the name camazon.com, I assumed I'd be reviewing another webcam site similar to the others I have seen where you pay a per-minute fee to watch a model perform. The reality is quite different as it turns out. Camazon is an adult dating community centered around webcams. Here, you can create a profile, meet new people from around the world, hook up and chat all with the built in cam system that the website provides. Camazon is not at all what I would consider a porn site, although as a bonus, they do offer some third party feeds, and members can send in their home made smut videos. These are more of a perk of the community rather than the main focus, however.

When I logged in, I was taken to a page to fill out a profile, but since I wasn't here to actually try to hook up, I decided to head over to the webcam chat rooms instead. There were quite a few rooms to choose from, but 99% of the users were in just three of the rooms, "adult lobby," "cozy bed," and "the bath house" which is a room for gay men. By far, the most people were in "cozy bed" but I was unable to enter because the room was full. This is something that would bother me a lot as a member because in the hour or so I was on the website, I was never once able to get in to that room, and let's face it, everyone wants to be where there are more people. That's sort of the point of a site like this, to meet lots of people, right? While in the rooms, you can see who has a webcam, who doesn't, and view all the profiles for all of the chatting members. If you'd like to view a cam, you can just click on it, but several times when I clicked to view someone's cam, they turned it off or covered it with their hand. The guys in the gay room seemed much more, shall we say, friendly and many were openly masturbating in the chat room.

Aside from meeting people in the live webcam chat rooms at Camazon, you can also search for people based on the information they've entered into their profile. Users can also upload photos and videos. When searching for a match, you have all sorts of options at your disposal such as age, interests, and distance from you. Once you find someone you like, you can send them a private message, invite them to chat, or send them a "flirt."

There are over 200 user-submitted videos available at Camazon. As far as I can tell, none of these are available for download so you must stream them on the site. Keep in mind these aren't professional porn shoots, but rather amateur videos, often filmed with a webcam, posted by real members of the site. Various other features of the site include strip-poker rooms, and scheduled live cam shows with models and pornstars. I was able to catch a few minutes of sexy MILF Zoey Andrews on my way out of the site.

Overall, I think camazon.com is a very interesting concept and seems to be pretty popular. If you want to find someone to meet up with, date, or just fuck in your area, this should be a good way of doing it, but if you just want to chat I think you'll have fun here too. I'd like to see the chat room capacity increased a bit because obviously some rooms are more popular than others and I don't think it's fair for paying members to be left out, but aside from that they seem to be on the right track with things and hopefully this interesting cam community will continue to grow. Membership is around $34 for 30 days for regular access, or around $39 for 30 days for gold access which gives you increased visibility on the site.
