If you don't know what CBT stands for, then you're probably a little over your head here at brutalcbt.com. CBT or cock and ball torture is the name given to a variety of painful penis practices including slapping, whipping, flogging, clamping, tying, punching, thumping and even kicking. Most of the CBT here seems to run along the lines of the clamping and trying variety where "props" are used, but you'll see a pretty wide spectrum of devious dick torture here for sure.
The member's area for brutalcbt could stand some improvement, but its far from the worst I've seen. The main issue I think is that there is really no way of sorting or searching the materials for certain practices, though you can at least narrow the collection by the name of the mistress. It looks like Brutal CBT used to update regularly and frequently, but as of a few months before I visited the site, that has stopped for some reason. The most recent update listed was simply a link to some third party content. At least the collection isn't tiny at around 180 photo sets and over 140 videos.
Although the specific sizes, bitrates and viewing options can vary from one clip to the next, most of the CBT videos here are offered for streaming and download in full length WMV files, usually with at least a few different quality options. The newer videos go up to 640x480 pixels with a bitrate of around 1200 kbps and are great quality. Others don't get quite that large but are still more than watchable. The average length is around five minutes, though some run longer and others are a continuation of an earlier scene. These truly are brutal CBT videos and definitely not for the faint of heart. The objects these mistresses use and the way they choose to inflict pain on their willing submissives is truly mind boggling.
I thought the pictures were the weak spot here, though it's not necessarily because the photos are poor quality per se. The images are decent quality amateur style shots, but the way they're presented could be improved and there is no scene info to put them into context and give some back story. The sets average about 40 images each and ZIP files are not available.
