Bareblack.com is an ebony themed site in a network that I've already visited several times. After running into problems with false claims on the tour and other issues, I've become pretty wary of these sites, and bareblack.com certainly doesn't break the mold here. The site claims to offer hundreds of thousands of high-def ebony videos and photos on the tour, but the member's area here really doesn't match up to the expectations laid out. Let's take a look at the reality of what's available at this mostly non-exclusive site.
The Bare Black member's area is essentially a big, complicated mess. The materials and sections are laid out in numerous menu options that could be much better arranged, in my opinion, and the ads, up-sells and even headline news that litter the pages are useless, and at times, misleading, making it sometimes difficult to tell what's a service offered with your membership, and what requires a separate registration elsewhere. Not counting the third party feeds, there are around 30 photo sets and 19 videos that are what I would consider on-topic for the site. There is more content that is not ebony related, as well as third party feed content but a quick look at the feeds wasn't making me feel much better about the outright mistruths on the tour about the amount of videos and photos here. The site indicates daily updates, but not all are ebony related, and it seems doubtful that a daily updated site would have so few sets.
The videos found in the "video" section are downloadable in full length, DVD quality WMV files, and this is where the 19 videos I mentioned are located. The quality is great and the average length is around 20 minutes. You can access the ebony videos by selecting the appropriate category from the menu, otherwise you'll be taken to a random section which could be blondes, bondage, etc. The other video sections including DVDs and iPod/PSP downloads actually listed no content when I visited their links.
The photos can be narrowed down to the on-topic materials in the same way the videos can. The sets average about 60 images, and ZIP files are not available. The way the galleries are set up, clicking the thumbnail once enlarges the photo some, but it must be clicked again to reach its full size, which is unfortunately rather small at 750 pixels on the long side. Quality wise, however, these are great, magazine style shots.
While I normally wouldn't recommend a site with the issues that Bare Black has, there is one thing that makes this one worth checking out for sure and that is the free trial! You can join bareblack.com for three days at no cost! |
