You don't have to spend $30 or more for just one DVD to see a big name porn star like Silvia Saint and Tera Patrick, because at 6buckmodels.com, you can see Silvia, Tera, and many, many more stars for the low price of $6 for 30 days. I've heard the expression "you get what you pay for" enough times to know that things might not seem so appealing once inside the members area, but from the promises made on the tour, it sounds like 6 Buck Models might be pretty good. They claim to offer weekly updates and multiplatform support, which I assume means multiple viewing options.

I reviewed several other sites in the 6 Buck porn network a while back, and I suspected that I would run into the same problem with the video buffer speed that I did back then. As it turns out, things aren't as bad as they were, but the speed could still use some improvement. My connection is more than fast enough to handle the highest quality streaming video they offer which is 320x240 pixels with a bitrate of just 300 kbps, but yes the playback stopped fairly frequently to buffer and takes a considerable amount of time to start up. On top of that, these videos don't look very clear. None of the flicks are available for download, just streaming, so overall the video section is a pretty frustrating experience. There is a large collection of third party feeds available, and most of these look better than the core video content of 6 Buck Models anyway, in my option. The non-third party feed videos are found at the very bottom of the video section and there are 50 available currently.

The vast majority of the content at 6 Buck Models is found in the photo section which has over 350 sets averaging about 80 images each currently. ZIP files are not provided, the images are a bit small, and most of the content seems to be several years old, but at least the quality of the images themselves is pretty crisp and clear.

There is an update log on the main member's area page at 6buckmodels which lists the weekly updates, but often the things added aren't things I generally count as an update to the site since they're from third party feeds. I believe the picture section may actually be growing, but the video section doesn't actually seem to increase from 50 videos. While 6 Buck Models is cheap, I'm not even sure that there's enough here to justify even that low price. I think I'm going to have to say this one is a "pass."
