With lesbian sites being among the most popular on the net and with literally thousands of choices for potential members, this is one of the most difficult genres of smut to really stand out in. Let's see how they do.

You'll want to pay careful attention to the seven scenes previewed on the Lesbian Sex Tales tour. That's because those seven scenes are all that's available here. Since the site is new, it's possible it will grow, but all of the scenes have the same date and there's no indication of when to expect updates. I don't have a good feeling about it because most of the other sites I've reviewed in the network haven't been much larger. Each of the seven scenes contains a video and a set of photos.

I get the feeling that no one took the time to check these flicks before adding them to the site. All the movies I downloaded had problems of some sort. Some have the sound out of sync with the videos and others seem to be displayed with the wrong dimensions and the performers look strange and elongated. These flicks are also far from anything resembling HD. They look just OK if left at their size of 720x480 pixels, with some having major pixelization and others a strange motion-blur effect. Enlarging only makes this much, much worse. The videos are available in WMV and MPEG format in chunks and one minute clips. There's a link for a full length version, but none of them actually work. There's a brief scene description for each video, but nothing here would really substantiate the claim that the videos are custom filmed based on member submitted stories.
The Lesbian Sex Tales photo sets average 350-400 images each which is a nice sized gallery, but ZIP files are not available, and there are often many shots that look almost identical except that a hand or strand of hair may have moved an inch or so. The images are also pretty small by current standards at 600-800 pixels on the long side. At least they are generally clear and well lit, however.
I guess I could almost overlook the miniscule size of the collection here since the site is brand new, although I strongly believe a site should have more than this before launching, but it's really hard to overlook all the problems with the videos. If you're going to open a site with seven scenes, it's pretty important that they all function properly. Membership comes with access to the entire huge network of over 50 sites, and that's the only real reason to join lesbiansextales at this point. |

Lesbiansextales.com hasn't really shows any signs of growth since my original visit, but at least the videos I downloaded this time around seemed to be the correct size and the performers didn't look like stretched-out silly putty.
Unfortunately, however, the videos are still a bit dark and grainy at times. This is still not a particularly impressive lesbian porn site, but the bonus package now includes over 70 sites plus a streaming feed full of 4000 full length DVD titles, so if you want to see a good variety of porn in one place, a full 30 day join might be worth a shot.
The trial option, however, will only give you partial site access and is probably best avoided. |
