There are over 180 video shoots available at doctortushy, and almost all have a set of matching photos as well, although they are found in their own section rather than along with the flicks. Getting around is pretty easy, but there's not really any scene information at all. A little back story would go a long way when selecting a flick to watch out of the nearly 200 here.
The Doctor Tushy photo sets average approximately 80 images each. ZIP files are not offered, but these are well lit and all look pretty nice. They are around 700 pixels on the long side, so they could stand to be a little bigger, but that's just nit-picking, really.
As you might expect, there is at least some plot in all of the videos at Doctor Tushy. If medical fetish is your thing, I think you'll appreciate it because it just makes it that much more realistic. The quality on these flicks is pretty impressive. Full length WMV and MPEG versions are offered as well as split pieces in WMV format only. The exact bitrates and sizes seem to vary a bit form video to video, but the newer ones in particular look great and go up to 640x480 pixels and a bitrate of around 2000 kbps, which looks DVD quality even in full screen. The average length of the movies is around seven minutes, but many scenes run much longer, up to around 35 minutes for the hardcore fucking and sucking medical action.

Doctortushy updates with two new videos and a new video each week, so the site is growing at a steady pace. They also make a point to let members know that they take requests, so if you have a particular medical fetish in mind and want to see it come alive on screen, this could be your chance. I really only have one major complaint about doctortushy, and that is the price which is quite high at around $39 for 30 days. |

With updates coming about six times per month, doctortushy.com has shown a good amount of growth over the past months with a current total of over 218 photo sets and 223 videos.
They've also increased the size of their downloadable WMV files to 640x480 pixels with a bitrate of around 1000 kbps. I'd still like to see some scene descriptions here but they're growing and the content looks nice which is much more important! |
