There was a link for most of them labeled high-res pictures, but I wasn't able to find an episode that actually had photos and most just had a notice stating that no photo content was available for that scene.
The videos can all be downloaded in WMV or MPEG format. There are generally two quality levels of each format to choose from. Even though the MPEG files have a higher bitrate, they actually don't look anywhere near as good as the high quality WMV files which work great for full screen viewing.
