I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much when I saw the tour pages for teensgoporn.com. The design looks prehistoric by internet standards, and something just didn't look good. Maybe it was the bizarre green and brown stripe motif that made the pages look like they were broken into pieces, maybe it was the garish blinking "instant access now" that looked like a Christmas tree decoration as it switched from red to green and back again. Maybe it was just a hunch, but I knew teensgoporn wasn't going to be one of the better sites I've reviewed.
Once inside, things were just as bad. I had to scroll down past the neon pink "Teens Go Porn" letters on a bright orange background to keep from having my retinas burned out, and the blue on yellow navigation buttons weren't doing the site any favors either. Really though, when it comes down to it, the site is about content, and not design, so I decided to check out the six different content sections of the site which include a hardcore and a softcore section of videos, photos and screen captures.
There are 46 non-exclusive videos on teensgoporn.com with most of them belonging to the hardcore category. Only around a dozen are softcore. The videos are offered in two quality levels for streaming in WMV format. For downloading, the site states that DivX formatted MPEGs are offered and each clip I saw for download was labeled as MPEG format, but was actually a DivX formatted AVI file. It shouldn't make much different since most standard video players will play either one, but it just doesn't look very good when file types are not labeled correctly. Aside from that, the quality is poor. The size is just around 320x240 with a bitrate of about 500 kbps, and it's just not feasible to watch these in full screen mode.
The picture sets at Teens Go Porn are pretty equally divided between the softcore and hardcore sections. There are about 113 sets, each averaging around 85 images each. The sets are all non-exclusive and vary a bit in quality, but they look decent overall. ZIP files are not offered so you'll have to stick to viewing these in the galleries on the site. As for the screen capture sections, for some reason there is only a set for around half of the videos, and though they are small and the quality isn't great, you can at least use them to preview some of the videos before downloading or streaming.
Updates don't seem to be happening at teensgoporn. Although some of the videos and picture sets are marked "new" there's no date listed to put that into context, and from everything I saw, the site looks old and abandoned. Many times when I have a site to review with a small, non-exclusive and non-updating collection, bonus sites are offered to help sweeten the deal, but I couldn't even find those here, and I just can't justify the cost of around $29 for 30 days for what is here. |
